Not only is Chance a skilled firearms instructor, he is one of the masterminds behind ADC’s realistic force-on-force scenarios and pro-level role-players. Every actor that works in our training scenarios are coached, assessed, and assigned by Chance before they ever step foot on the training deck. His experience working both in the field and in high-level training environments allows him to construct scenarios that are as close to reality as can be.

Like most ADC instructors, Chance continues to work in the field. He has gained relevant street experience hunting fugitives as a bail enforcement team leader, working private security, executive protection, and private investigations. He is also certified to train and handle working K9’s for security contracts.

Chance has experience constructing and executing training programs for US Special Operations units.
