He became a firearms instructor in 2012 and graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelors in Criminal Justice in 2013. Combat sports and disciplines have been a passion of his since his childhood, evident by his long history of participation in martial arts and fencing.

His experience working on investigations and fugitive recovery operations has allowed him to become a subject matter expert on: Agent Safety, Low Profile Operations, Intelligence Gathering, Close Quarters Battle, and De-escalation and Crisis Management.

He and Matt Alger founded ADC in 2015 and has been growing the company ever since by providing training for civilians, private security firms, corporate companies, and law enforcement. His interests in the physiological and psychological aspects of combat training are evident in how ADC runs its courses. He maintains being a “forever student” by taking classes and learning year-round.

Kevin has experience constructing and executing training programs for Special Operations units within the US Military.
