“All Crafts, Any Fight”. Our slogan exemplifies the values of the well-rounded warrior. Be it a gun, knife, hands, the environment, or your mind, you should be dangerous with anything and everything. Warrior Day is a comprehensive personal training program designed to push the boundaries of your physical, mental, and spiritual capabilities. You will spend anywhere from 6-8 hours with an ADC coach, touching on every skill we teach. This immersive experience combines the elements of firearms, edged weapons, and empty-hand combatives, while also focusing on fitness, combat awareness, and personal guidance from our experienced instructors.
Throughout this transformative day, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your training journey, uncovering your true "why" and breaking through the barriers that have been holding you back. We will be by your side the whole way, providing the support and encouragement you need to reach new heights in your personal and tactical development. We will meet you at whatever skill and fitness level you come to us with. You do not need to be a specific skill or fitness level to sign up for a Warrior Day. You just need to bring will power and an open mind. We’ll take care of the rest.
The Three Pillars of Warrior Day
Firearms Training
Comprehensive training on any firearms platform of your choosing.
Instructors will find key elements of safety, marksmanship, or tactical shooting for you to level up on.
Edged Weapons
Understanding blade culture and what it means to carry a knife
Working drills, sparring, and grappling with an edged weapon to find what you can start or improve upon.
Empty-Hand Combatives
Learning and practicing a wide range of empty-hand techniques, including strikes, grappling, and takedowns
Developing situational awareness and the ability to respond effectively to physical threats
Enhancing your overall physical fitness and self-defense capabilities
Holistic Approach to Personal Growth
Fitness and Conditioning: Engage in high-intensity sessions to build strength, endurance, and overall physical readiness
We will help you assess where you are physically so you can create your next fitness goal be it strength, endurance, or flexibility.
Personal Guidance and one-on-one mentorship: We learn about you as a person and help you craft your goals and how you will reach them.

Warrior Day is not just about honing your tactical skills; it's a journey of self-discovery. Through training and the purchasing of weapons, we obtain the “hardware” of defense. We rarely work on the “software” behind the scenes. It’s been called many things; A Switch, a Button, a Why. Whatever name it goes by, it is the divider between those who defend and those who don’t. Discovering your Why is paramount to the survival of yourself and those you love. During your Warrior Day, instructors will sit down with you to help shape this concept into a clear picture that you can see at all times and use as a catalyst for action.

SCHEDULING: Please note that a warrior day can only be done one person at a time. Because of this, classes are scheduled based on availability of instructors. Upon payment, an instructor will reach out via email to schedule your day. Currently, Warrior Days are held in Norfolk, VA only. Instructors can make arrangements for travel at an additional cost but this service is not guaranteed to be available.
